5-in-1 Light Wrap Bundle with Air Release Liner is a set of five headlight films in one box: Light Black, Deep Black, Satin Black, Golden Yellow, and Clear. That covers the three most common black tones plus one color and a fully clear option, so one purchase can handle a few different lights or a couple of cars without ordering each shade separately.

Structure

  1. Gloss Finish (4 layers): Top Protected Film, Polymeric Face Film, Acrylic Adhesive, Release Liner.
  2. Satin Finish (3 layers): Polymeric Face Film, Acrylic Adhesive, Release Liner.

Recommendations

  • Recommended application tools: Squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IRR thermometer, sprayer, towel, and installation liquid
  • Application Method: Standard methods for Car Light Protection Film. Do not overstretch and overheat. Post heating is necessary.
  • Post-heating Temperature: 110°C flat surfaces, 130°C curves and overlaps.
  • Aftercare: PH neutral. Avoid wax or solvents.

Proper Installation

If the headlight surface is clean and undamaged before installation, the wrap adheres evenly and removes smoothly.

Proper Removal Technique

Using gentle heat (like a heat gun or hairdryer) softens the adhesive, making it easier to peel without pulling or tearing the headlight’s factory coating.

Warning

If the headlights are already oxidized, yellowed, or have weak factory coating, peeling the wrap can pull off clear coat or cause flaking.
