Orange Headlight Film with Air Channel Paper Liner

Orange Headlight Film with Air Channel Paper Liner

Orange Headlight Film With Air Channel Paper Liner adds a warm orange color to the headlight lens. You can see the color on the lens itself, and once the light turns on, the beam picks up a warm amber tone instead of staying plain white.

One thing worth knowing about this color specifically, amber and orange are the colors used for turn signals and side markers in a lot of places. If this goes over a light that also handles a signal function, it's worth checking local vehicle lighting rules before installing, since color-specific rules can apply on top of the usual limits on how dark a tint is allowed to be.

Installation is dry, clean the lens, then press the film down with a squeegee, no water needed. Trapped air escapes through tiny channels built into the adhesive, so you don't end up pressing bubbles into the film. A coating on the film heals small scratches on its own when heated, the color resists fading over time, and it can handle temperatures from well below freezing up to over 100°C once installed.

Features and Specifications

  • Application Method: Dry application on a clean, dry surface

Important note: This film is semi-transparent. The color may look slightly different on the white backing paper. Once the backing is removed and applied to your lights, you will see the true color.

Proper Installation

If the headlight surface is clean and undamaged before installation, the wrap adheres evenly and removes smoothly.

Proper Removal Technique

Using gentle heat (like a heat gun or hairdryer) softens the adhesive, making it easier to peel without pulling or tearing the headlight’s factory coating.

Warning

If the headlights are already oxidized, yellowed, or have weak factory coating, peeling the wrap can pull off clear coat or cause flaking.
