Light Blue Headlight Film With Air Channel Paper Liner

Light Blue Headlight Film With Air Channel Paper Liner is a dry-apply headlight tint that adds a blue cast to the lens without dulling the beam behind it. In daylight the film reads close to clear; once the headlight switches on, the lens glows blue instead of plain white.

Installation is dry, no water or slip solution, just a squeegee working the film down onto the lens. The air-channel liner sits in the solvent-based acrylic adhesive itself, so trapped air has a path out instead of getting pressed into a bubble, and a heat-activated self-healing top coat handles minor scratches picked up after install. 

It's cut to fit rather than pre-shaped, so the same roll works across headlights, fog lights, taillights, and brake lights on any vehicle, curved lenses included.

Please Note: This light tint film is semi-transparent. The color may look slightly different on the white backing paper, but once the backing is removed and applied to your lights, you’ll see the true color.

Proper Installation

If the headlight surface is clean and undamaged before installation, the wrap adheres evenly and removes smoothly.

Proper Removal Technique

Using gentle heat (like a heat gun or hairdryer) softens the adhesive, making it easier to peel without pulling or tearing the headlight’s factory coating.

Warning

If the headlights are already oxidized, yellowed, or have weak factory coating, peeling the wrap can pull off clear coat or cause flaking.

Shelf Life

1 year from date of purchase when stored at 50°F to 80°F (15°C – 25°C) and 45% to 50% relative humidity. Optimum recommended storage conditions are 72°F (22°C) and 50% relative humidity.

Durability

The durability of the product is based on exposure conditions in South China. Actual performance life will depend on substrate preparation, exposure conditions, and maintenance of the product. For instance, in areas with excessively high temperature, industrial pollution, or high altitude, exterior performance will decrease.

Recommendations

Recommended application tools: Squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IRR thermometer, sprayer, towel, and installation liquid
Application method: Standard methods for Car Light Protection Film. Do not overstretch and overheat. Post heating is necessary.
Post-heating temperature: 110°C flat surfaces, 130°C curves and overlaps.
Aftercare: PH neutral. Avoid wax or solvents.
